These students, along with the rest of the student body, parents, faculty and staff, enjoyed a day of fun filled excitement and events such as the water squirt event, the sponge squeeze race and pizza box carrying race.

Timeline photosStudents from Mrs. Andersen, Mrs. Mulroe, and Mrs. Pereira's third grade classes at School No. 9 completed dioramas depicting the Cherokee and Iroquois Native American tribes. The children diligently researched the geography, homes, clothing, food, and traditions of their tribe. Next, they brainstormed what materials they would need to represent that in their dioramas. Working collaboratively, the students then designed their dioramas.
