All Pre-K 4 registrations are by appointment only and take place at our Central Registration Office located at 100 Edgewood Road. Registration is not held at individual schools. Only Linden residents can enroll. Please visit our website for more information.
Please call 908-986-9307 beginning January 2, 2024 to schedule an appointment for registration. Registration packets will be available on the Linden Public Schools website: lindenps.org/central-registration or may be picked up from Central Registration Office at 100 Edgewood Road.
Registration does not guarantee placement in the program, nor does it ensure placement in a particular school. You will be notified by mail if your child is offered a spot in the program. If your child attends Pre-K 4 in a school other than their home school, they will return to their home school for Kindergarten.

The Early Childhood Department will be hosting a preschool provider showcase that will highlight the strengths of private providers for our 3-year-old students. Attending the showcase will give parents/guardians a look into what additional services each provider offers. Due to the limited space in our district, a lottery will be held for placement of our Pre-K 3 students in district classrooms. We will also have representatives from Linden Public School district available to answer questions regarding the preschool lottery. Registration for 3-year-olds will take place at the providers sites during the month of April.
