Deerfield Terrace School #9 strives to create a safe and positive learning environment for all students. In an effort to continue to improve our school climate, staff at School #9 have worked together to develop a PBSIS (Positive Behavior Support in School) Plan. The primary goal of this plan is to create a positive school climate that fosters being respectful, responsible, safe and always ready to learn.
Our PBSIS committee is always working diligently on coming up with ways to improve the school climate of our school. Involving the community is extremely important to us and our students. PBSIS often runs after school activities to involve the students and families with the community where all proceeds raised goes right back into our School #9 PBSIS Program.
Any upcoming events or activities for PBSIS will be posted so continually check back for any updates. Please also be aware of any flyers that are sent home for events as well.
