LINDEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, NJ -- Last month Soehl Middle School dove deep into the world of physics with their
After learning about forces and frictionโs impact on motion, they are now ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ ๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ โ what it is and how to calculate it!
During a hands-on experiment, students used spring scales to move a cart, quickly realizing that one spring scale wasn't enough. They put their problem-solving skills to the test by teaming up and combining forces, calculating the total force needed to get the cart moving. They even experimented with different amounts of force on each side, discovering that a Net Force of zero meant the cart stayed still!

Learning Physics = Problem Solving + Teamwork + Fun!
