LINDEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, NJ โ€” The McManus Middle School Drama Club delivered a ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐›๐ข๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐–๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐–๐จ๐ง๐ค๐š ๐‰๐ซ., enchanting audiences on February 6-7 with two nights of near full houses!

๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐›๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐๐š๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐ฒ๐š ๐‚๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐๐ž๐ฌ, the show was a dazzling display of๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค, ๐ฉ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง. Our incredible 8th graders, including ๐€๐ฅ๐ฏ๐š๐ซ๐จ ๐…๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ณ ๐š๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐œ ๐–๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐–๐จ๐ง๐ค๐š, took their final bow, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and creativity.

But as one chapter ends, another begins. The 8th-grade management team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes will pass the baton to the next generation of stars. 6th grader, Elizabeth Shaw, who shone as Charlie, is already lighting up the stage with her brilliance and promise.

Willy Wonka Jr. is not just a playโ€”itโ€™s a dazzling musical adventure filled with magic, mischief, and, of course, chocolate! The journey of five golden ticket winners through Wonkaโ€™s whimsical factory was brought to life with vibrant performances and unforgettable moments.

These performers arenโ€™t just leaving McManusโ€”theyโ€™re moving on to continue the legacy in Linden Public Schoolsโ€™ exceptional Fine Arts program! We couldnโ€™t be more proud of their journey and canโ€™t wait to see them shine even brighter in high school!
