LINDEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, NJ -- In the days leading up to MLK Day on Monday, Jan. 20, students in School 2โs Aftercare Program embraced the legacy of
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with creativity and reflection. Through heartfelt poems and vibrant watercolor art, they learned about the challenges Dr. King faced and his inspiring fight for equality.
The students added a personal touch by presenting short speeches about their artwork, sharing the emotions and thoughts that guided their creations. Their reflections provided a fresh and meaningful perspective on Dr. Kingโs legacy.
