She has served in nearly every capacity within Linden Public Schools, beginning as a substitute teacher and fourth-grade teacher, and advancing through roles as an elementary vice principal, elementary principal, middle school principal, and assistant superintendent for support. These experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive, ground-up perspective of the education system and a deep understanding of what students and educators need to succeed. Her leadership is centered on creating safe, inclusive, and empowering environments, where students are encouraged to think critically, collaborate cross-culturally, and develop the skills needed to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
