On September 22, veteran teachers participated in New Mentor Training. This training allows our teacher leaders to assist novice teachers and new hires as they navigate their first years of teaching. Facilitators Dr. Nicole Petrin, Jayme Perezluha, Zachary Coppa, and Pramila Natarajan led the new mentors in scenarios designed to simulate real-world challenges of new teachers.
